Bob Graham
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President

Bob Graham is a co-founder of BlackRidge and has served as its Chairman and CEO since its inception. Mr. Graham is a seasoned executive with broad business and entrepreneurial experience in the technology and services industry, from Fortune 500 firms to start-ups. He has an extensive background in venture capital, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, along with living and working in non-English speaking environments, including Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Mr. Graham also worked as a technology analyst on the subjects of storage, networking, servers, and services.

John Hayes
Chief Technology Officer and Founder

John Hayes is a co-founder of BlackRidge and has served as its Chief Technology Officer since its inception. Mr. Hayes is a technology entrepreneur who specializes in cyber security, networking, I/O interface design, storage architecture, and communications protocols. He has a proven track record of bringing concepts to market and is able to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Mr. Hayes is skilled at finding creative solutions for technology and business challenges.

Bruce Fingles
Senior Vice President Operations

Bruce Fingles heads Operations, Services and Program Management. A seasoned entrepreneur with a string of successful exits. Mr. Fingles has run infrastructure and operations groups for public and start-up security and data center companies. He was CIO and VP of Product Management at Xsigo Systems (Oracle) and CIO and SVP of Customer Services at Micromuse (IBM). Other start-ups include Recourse Technologies, IDS software (Symantec), and Oblix, Identity management security (Oracle). Mr. Fingles is the author of the novel Dillon’s Dilemma.

Bill Joll
Head of World Wide Sales

Bill Joll is a high energy leader experienced in delivering results across all positions with diverse industry and functional expertise in both marketing and technology environments. He is the former CEO ISC8, President & COO QualMetrix, and he held executive positions at Akamai, Nortel, On2. Results include creating/building shareholder value and managing both large ($1B+) and small (less than $100M) businesses. He has lived and/or conducted business in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. 

Mike Miracle
Senior Vice President Marketing and Strategy

Mike Miracle is a senior marketing, operations and strategy executive with extensive experience in networking, security, virtualization, and storage systems. He has built and led global marketing operations as the CMO for technology companies and consulted for and advised over 25 technology companies on strategy, operations, and M&A. Mr. Miracle led M&A, licensing and investments for VERITAS Software during its high growth years, he has held senior technology management positions at HP and AT&T Bell Labs, and board positions at Precise Software, Connected Corporation, and others.

John J. Walsh
Chief Strategy and Technology Officer

John Walsh is Chief Strategy and Technology Officer of BlackRidge Technology where he leads government business development and supports the Cyber Physical Systems business. Mr. Walsh was formerly the VP Secure Technology Group at Analog Devices, President of Sypris, and former Honeywell Military Encryption Systems. He has a background in high assurance systems security, cryptographic key management, systems penetration testing, and the development of trusted architectures using identity as a core element. Mr. Walsh holds 11 identity architecture related patents with additional patents pending.

John Walshe
SVP Engineering

John Walshe has extensive experience in business operations, information technology and engineering management. He has held executive positions with Digital Equipment, Inprise Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Manufacturers Services Ltd. and Trimble Navigation. His experience includes the positions of COO, CIO and Customer Management for both startup operations as well as global enterprises. He also has extensive consulting experience with Computer Science Corporation providing manufacturing and supply chain best practices as well as information Systems services to multinational corporations. He has international experience having worked in Asia, Europe and North America.
