BlackRidge Technology Partners with Visionary Healthcare Technology Provider ImagineMed™ to Improve Privacy and Authenticity of Patient Data

Partnership Delivers New Security and Privacy Capabilities to Protect Innovative ImagineMed Delivery Model

RENO, Nev. – Nov. 15, 2018 – BlackRidge Technology International, Inc. (OTCQB: BRTI), a leading provider of next-generation cyber defense solutions, is partnering with leading healthcare technology provider ImagineMed™, parent company of Telistat™ and Monitor Me™, to protect remotely monitored patient data and safeguard ImagineMed’s delivery model. The partnership allows BlackRidge to deliver a software-defined security perimeter that protects patient data both at rest and during transmission.

ImagineMed has developed a comprehensive and cost-effective solution for care within the home, Monitor Me, which integrates telemedicine and remote monitoring across the healthcare continuum. To secure the transmission, analysis, and management of this sensitive patient data, BlackRidge Transport Access Control will be used to provide real-time authentication and enforcement of security policy prior to a network session being established. This solution creates a software-defined perimeter that ensures that only identified and authorized users within the Monitor Me network have access to patient data for analysis and care, and it protects the distributed delivery model from cyberattacks.

“Our driving mission is to develop innovative technology and concepts which are transformative in the delivery of healthcare services to seniors. Our partnership with BlackRidge Technology ensures that the security and privacy of our patient’s health data is paramount in executing this vision,” stated Dr. Anthony J. Bacchi, CEO and founder of ImagineMed.

The Monitor Me model will be supported in partnership with the Marist College Cloud Computing and Analytics Center, located in Poughkeepsie, New York. Marist provides key incubator and accelerator support services to both BlackRidge Technology and ImagineMed. The College is currently working with ImagineMed to develop advanced predictive analytics collected from monitored real-time telemetry data.

“Dr. Bacchi and his team have the vision, capability, and desire to disrupt the healthcare market in order to improve the care and support of an ever-growing senior population. By introducing and working with these two dynamic entrepreneurial companies, Marist is supporting innovative cross-collaboration and development within the Mid-Hudson Valley’s tech start-up ecosystem.  ImagineMed will be able to provide the highest level of secure technology by using BlackRidge’s secure authentication to protect and disrupt antiquated healthcare delivery systems currently in the market,” says Bill Thirsk, vice president of information technology / CIO of Marist College.

“BlackRidge Technology is thrilled to be partnering with ImagineMed and Marist College to secure the Monitor Me delivery model. We look forward to continuing to safeguard the services that lead to better care through reduced readmissions, lower healthcare costs and increased patient satisfaction,” said Bob Graham, chairman and CEO of BlackRidge Technology.
