RENO, Nev. – May 7, 2019 – BlackRidge Technology International, Inc. (OTCQB: BRTI), a leading provider of next-generation cyber defense solutions, will demonstrate its leading cyber defense solutions and exhibit at TechNet Cyber 2019 in Baltimore, Maryland, on May 14-16. BlackRidge Technology will have a presence in B&D Consulting’s booth (#1925) and Network Runners’ booth (#2146).
TechNet Cyber is the largest Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)-focused show hosted by AFCEA, a professional association addressing communications-related technologies and their impact on international security. The conference brings together military, industry and academia to discuss and plan how to leverage innovative technology, advance cybersecurity, and build new relationships between the military and industry sectors.
Founded in 2010 to commercialize patented network security technologies originally developed to cloak battlefield assets for the Department of Defense, BlackRidge Technology has a long-standing relationship with the U.S. federal government. The company’s Transport Access Control products were certified for addition to the Department of Defense Information Network Approved Products List in June 2018, accelerating the company’s ability to deliver innovative cyber defense solutions to the federal sector.
BlackRidge will demonstrate it products and value to the DOD cybersecurity mission including how its solutions integrate with and extend Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) functionality to IoT and cloud environments to stop cyberattacks and insider threats by allowing only identified and authorized users and IoT devices to connect to cloud applications. As a Cisco Preferred Solution Partner, BlackRidge’s certified products are listed in the Cisco Solution Marketplace, the premier online exchange for networking solutions.
The company will exhibit with partners – B&D Consulting and its affiliate SYNЯGY Corp., and Network Runners – at the show. B&D Consulting is an SBA 8(a) Certified, Small Disadvantaged Business, VetsBiz, Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business and State of Maryland Certified Minority Enterprise providing innovative cybersecurity, intelligence, integrated services, engineering, cloud computing, mobility and unified communication solutions that help government organizations meet their mission objectives.
Network Runners, a woman-owned business, has a General Services Administration (GSA) IT Schedule 70 and recently received approval from GSA to include BlackRidge’s products and pricing on the schedule. This provides federal agencies as well as state and local government agencies with an efficient means to obtain BlackRidge products and services without a lengthy competitive procurement process.
“BlackRidge is uniquely positioned in the government sector to lead cybersecurity initiatives,” said John Walsh, BlackRidge chief strategy and technology officer. “We are participating on several projects that are changing the cybersecurity landscape in the obfuscation and securing of data, networks, and the cloud infrastructure to which they connect. This is a significant step towards enabling secure commercial data services in Government, Critical Infrastructure, and the Industrial Internet of Things. We are looking forward to continuing to share our expertise in collaboration with our partners at TechNet Cyber.”
